Wisdom tooth and molar extraction under sedation.
The procedure was quick and I didn’t notice anything myself. The healing process was without complications. Would I recommend a tooth extraction under sedation? Definitely, especially if you are an anxious patient. It is relatively inexpensive and you don’t expose yourself to a high level of stress, but have a lot of fun along the way. Dr. Zimmermann is a very considerate doctor and responds to the wishes of his patients. I myself am a very anxious patient, but now with time I even come to my appointments with a smile on my face.
His assistants are also very accommodating and always try to answer all your questions and take away some of the fear in the time before the doctor comes. My conclusion: All in all a great practice with a good doctor and a great team behind him! I have no reason to look for a new dentist.

I was an absolute anxious patient until I ended up in this great practice. A super great doctor and a super great team. It was the first time that I had the feeling that my problems were taken seriously and discussed in peace and quiet without stress and hectic. On the recommendation of my dentist, I was in Nordhorn yesterday, 3 wisdom teeth were extracted. From the beginning, I was positively impressed by the positive atmosphere of the practice and the extremely nice staff. The preliminary consultation was very good and the actual appointment also went as discussed. I was extremely tense, but – thanks to the sedation – have no memories of the surgery itself. Mr. Zimmermann seems very competent to me, very warm to his patients, but also always professional and standing in the interests of health. Currently it is also easy to cope with the pain, I had imagined it all much worse!

I would like to express my great praise and thanks to Dr. Zimmermann and his team. After a referral from my dentist for root tip resection, I received an appointment promptly. The procedure itself could not have gone better. I had no pain whatsoever, either during or after the procedure. That surprised me a lot. The aftercare was also very professional, with a commitment that is rarely experienced these days.

I had to undergo a complicated root tip resection and consciously opted for a microsurgical procedure that Dr. Zimmermann specializes in.

As an anxious patient, it was particularly important to me that the procedure be performed under twilight sleep – which was easily made possible. From the first consultation to the aftercare, I felt that I was in the best hands, both professionally and personally.

The treatment was absolutely professional, empathetic and, above all, painless. I am completely satisfied with the entire process and can unreservedly recommend the Zahnklinik Nordhorn – especially Dr. Zimmermann.

I would like to dedicate this review to all anxious patients. I was there today to have a broken wisdom tooth – actually with twilight sleep – extracted. However, since I have very bad veins, no access was possible. He then said “oh, we’ll just do that quickly”.
In the past, I have had very terrible experiences at the dentist and tears came to my eyes with fear. I could have saved myself that – I really didn’t notice ANYTHING!! Not even the injections hurt. After 30 seconds!!! the tooth was out. Zack was sewn up and collagen was still in the wound for better healing. I have never experienced anything like that. Thank you very much.
I can recommend him 100 percent. Very caring, friendly and competent.

DON’T! Trust me (and I’m probably the biggest dental phobic there is)

Due to a major treatment for me, the Zahnklinik Nordhorn was already recommended to me by my family dentist.
A few months ago, we contacted the dental clinic by phone due to acute complaints. Without even knowing me as a patient, they immediately took on the “case” and gave me an appointment for a visit at short notice.
I was treated kindly and respectfully by all the staff at the practice.
During the treatment consultation, my husband and I were able to make the acquaintance of Dr. Zimmermann.
He involved me in every topic, let me explain and speak and finally discussed his conclusion and treatment options in a completely transparent manner. Possible costs can also be discussed openly and transparently. These are by no means a taboo topic.
We were also immediately given the feeling that we would not fail due to the costs of possible treatments.
The practice makes a lot possible here.
He addressed my concerns in every respect and provided a great deal of clarification. I gratefully accepted the discussed treatment, also with the possibility of twilight sleep, which was an option for me during the treatment.
Dr. Zimmermann picked me up directly with his calm demeanor and the respectful way he treated me as a patient, but also my companion.

Some time ago, I already felt compelled to write a positive review here.
This was already entered here, but for reasons inexplicable to me, it somehow disappeared into nirvana.
To the point:
In the course of my life, I was treated dentally by a dentist who had been practicing for decades. At some point, however, this dentist, who I liked, went into well-deserved retirement. When looking for a suitable dentist for me, I was fortunate enough to find the “Zahnklinik” in Nordhorn, which is run by Dr. Marc H. Zimmermann M.Sc., his colleagues and his practice team.
The friendly initial reception as a patient was already perceived by me as very pleasant.
Already during my first visit and the first dental treatment by Dr. Zimmermann, I became aware that I had found a particularly affable and very empathetic dental physician, to whom I was able to build great trust in the subsequent sessions. Nothing happens without explanation and your own consent.
His efforts to carry out dental treatment painlessly for the patient are very successful.
Plans for implants, which can also be carried out by Dr. Zimmermann in his capacity as an oral surgeon in the dental clinic, are already being considered and prepared for me.
